1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Veblen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Veblen provides data-driven deal intelligence for luxury vehicle purchases, including scoring, market analysis, negotiation tools, and vehicle acquisition reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Starter, and Pro tiers.

3. Not Financial or Legal Advice

The Service provides informational tools and analysis only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. Vehicle valuations, scores, and recommendations are estimates based on available data and should not be the sole basis for purchase decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence, including independent inspections and professional consultations.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service beyond normal usage
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Service data or reports
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, vehicle listings, market data, and valuations are sourced from third parties and may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented. Listings may be sold, modified, or removed at any time by the original seller.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and design elements are owned by Veblen. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veblen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from vehicle purchases made based on Service data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
